Tanzanian Peaberry

Altitude: 1200-2000 MASL. Highland areas in the northern and southern regions of Tanzania, East Africa. 

A Peaberry is a naturally occurring mutation. The coffee cherry produces 1 small round seed (or bean) instead of 2 flat-sided seeds, and accounts for only 5-10% of the world’s coffee harvest.

Cupping Notes:  Sweet, Complex, Floral Aroma. Dark Chocolate, Fruity, Winey, Crisp Acidity. Medium body with a Rich, Velvety Finish.
